Can't Log In 'Current Client Program Version Is Low' Please Help!

Around 2 this morning I was disconnected from the server. I tried logging back in and this was all I got. I tried it on Twilight Temple to see if it was only the Etherblade server but still the same thing. It's not giving me any patches to update so I have no idea what's going on.

 No. No It's not a joke. Arc's support system sucks and I thought this was a forum for Perfect Word and not another version of it. My mistake. Does happen.
