fix the event

Heroic battle needs to be fixed because not every1 can see the blue and red over target's names and even if I COULD theres over 50 players running around back and forth i cannot see that sht. and i can only see mine for about 10seconds in and its gone .. fix this sht

I have added following buff (red sword) for Red Team to fix the problem for players not being able to recognize their team mates on low graphic settings.
