I prefer the Holy Necklace. DS and Puzzle Cube don't protect you much religion wise. Wearing a holy necklace will protect you from all the gankers and haters. God sees everything...

Cube almost better for most of classes.
unless there's not much focus on u and u can use DS for a better dmg.

i tested difference of dmg between my att on a full buffed ep, with DS i was dealing 300 extra dmg. 
and i oso tested the def different with a ea hitting me. i was getting 800 less dmg per attack with the cube.
so i think using cube is better in mass. (it depends on u to choose which anyway)
