well it is possible theoretically, a full magic mage on a 0 def target amped around 600% ? or 500%, not sure how how several different Amps interact, if they are additive or not, in any other scenario it is GM damage tier

we was in 1v1 @ dream port bec spot  only me and him in that spot and i got full ep buff and barb buff

you should make a helpdesk thread and report to the GMs, maybe they can take a look at it, if you don't have screenshots, not much will be done about it, i presume
