having faction base manager + bh hunter + illusion stone in some smaller cities seems a good idea to decrease the lagg in big cities maybe. (u can feel it when u enter Lost city with ur alts for example)(also is good if have them near the TP spot so reporting quests gets easier.)

not sure, but even can add rank8 forges there. (but not needed much)

Elder NPCs in smaller cities would be nice too  :rolleyes:for reset pt stuff....i hate PKing near smaller cities and wanting to switch stats to test out diff builds but having to travel halfway across the map
