Having nw available at different time zones in general isn't a bad idea, as long as you can still only enter like twice a weekend as it currently is, it will give more people the opportunity to attend. My problem with this idea is it will dilute nw even more, it is already hard enough to find a decent battle in nw with good numbers on both sides, with other timezone alternatives people will obviously go to which one suits them best, and the player base would be spread even more thinly.
Now maybe if the smaller nw map gets implemented, it could work. But as it currently is having multiple nw's will just lead to each one having 10s of empty maps
