I want the overall theme of the drawing to be something really pretty and swirly and flowy with the blue/white theme.  you can make hair longer and flowy too (but don't have to)

the fashion doesn't matter that much to me (it's only half body anyway) so you don't have to focus on the details on the dress and just make it simple dress
