Can't Update

  I have tried both manual and automatic attempts at updating, both says client running on one side and unable to proceed update on the other. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? any help welcome.

Try clicking verify after you run the patcher.

If it says that client is running, either restart the computer or kill the elementclient.exe process in task manager. Then start the patcher again.
