1, Restrict the cape from assassins, venos and wizards.
2. Change phys reduction from 6% to 3% on tome

Also the rings man, you don't have to restrict all the other useless rings that are out there only the ones from 140 and above because the lower ones will be irrelevant, the 3% rpdt vite tome is good.

Just don't understand one thing in "People would lose the engraves they invested in", So lets say you leave the rings for an archers so they can have their instant channeling i dont think anyone would complain, Lets say you are a mg or a wb you buy opposite class ring for more defense with 2 def lvl and more and rings get restricted why cant they just sell it/trade it to someone else who actually need I think there is big market for those lol(example: mg sells his 2def lvl pdef ring to a wr=money back gg), and yea 145 and 150 rings only need restrict i dont rly think any other ring would be problem maybe 140 too

Restrict RINGS. The market will skyrocket and nothing will be lost. People will STILL buy these things for their INTENDED classes.
