Why does it have +20 strength ? makes no sense when it has a 79 str requisite, please change it to 20 mag or remove requisite

Why does dragon arcane boots have +20 strength on a piece which has 79 str requisite, when you can't really use it, i guess some form of claw venomancer can hypothetically use it, but it doesn't make sense

We also have 20 Vit on Dragon top too...

To be honest, nobody uses dragon gear other than newbies...

Point being, Vit can arguable be useful, Str on an arcane class on a piece which has a requisite can't really be used. Equivalent to having magic on LA gear or HA gear.. ( this is dragon gear, not useless stats on rank 8 gear, before people start with that argument )
