add banker to OT

please, add banker and other useful npcs (if possible) like  seamstress the ink thingy, why? because i simply want to make this my new faction's afk spot i really miss pking at OT n i thought this would bring it back,
pls no useless comments from useless people if you are against this just tell me how bad it'll hurt you
