Question about Training Esoterica??

  I've been hearing it doesn't work in Delta or Pheonix Valley.....does anyone know if that is true or not?? o_o Cuz would really like to know if I could use it without wasting it there.....TY!! <3

That's not true it just works fine in phoenix valley just used 1

100% Sure it works in PV. I havent tried it in GV though so cant answer that one.

  woo at least pv is safe, wish I knew about delta x3 lol (testing right now, seems to be working)

Only issue I've had with them is in the area near Shrine where you can farm EC from the 145lv mobs. I got more exp w/o one on than with it o.O

well if your just using an Eso,it works on pv and delta...but i am not sure if it does when ur using a +4% exp tome...cause     
it worked for me a few times...rest the exp was same as normal when i was using the tome + Eso

eso also dont work in combination with x2 event  in FC and GV
