Weekly Absences notes

Has anyone noticed yet that absence notes are not coming up on all their toons on an acct?? Tonight (6/21-22) at reset, only two of my toons on one acct got their chest and none on my 2nd acct appeared.

You have to be in the main map to get the notes.

I do not suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
