Epic freezing/ not responding

Hello, I recently downloaded epic again after around 2 months. I am currently running on a decent gaming computer , which gets 50+ fps on league / CsGo/ Tera. When I try playing epic now, I lag so hard its almost not possible to type or even move. every 5 seconds my screen will freeze and client will go not responding. I have to mention that this computer is newly built from 2 months ago - Epic was the first game I installed on it when I got it and it worked fine at max graphics. In mass pk there was no lag at all, 40 v 40 , 80 v 80 , it was working great. Now after two months I re-install it and can barely move at lowest settings sometimes. I dont know if my desktop is overheating, or if I have a virus (I only get this problem on Pw so I dont think this is it), or some other unknown problem. I am beyond confused, any help would be appreciated :/

Graphics card:  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti
RAM: 16.0 GB -- 64 bit Operating system

That happens to me alot because of corrupted files, try to re-extract the downloaded file, it should work if any file is corrupted

I re-downloaded the game twice and verified it over 5 times. Still getting intense screen freezes

This sometimes happens to me too. 

You should probably reduce your graphic settings because too much rendering freezes the computer.

Couple of things you can try.

• Clearing your browser History as well as Cache / Cookies
• Find a program to check for Mal-Ware
• Check for viruses just in case
• Check to see if you have any unnecessary programs running / on start-up
• Check firewall (maybe?)

I'm not really computer-savy, but those are my ideas.

Amori, did you manage to fix your problem? If not, updating your graphic card drivers may help.
