Why do JERKS PK players who are just farming, it's rude and not good sportsmanship.
The rewards in NS are high due to the risk of farming there. Going in you know you can be pk'd so live with being killed or don't farm there.
I'm don't know of any reward in Heaven/Hell so am unsure why they are PK unless to open up another map for PKers. EPW is intended to be a pk friendly server from the outset according to many posts from the past. As a PVE player tho, I appreciate all the events, quests, instances and "stuff" for me to do as well. I would not be here if PK was auto on all maps.
