I'd like to point out that Absorb Soul was already weakened (it cannot crit). Normally it would hit 1.3x of current damage, so... I don't think that additional nerf is necessary. It still hits strong, but as arcane class who does PvP a lot, you will probably end up with having Evil Ward on your genie. And when it comes to heavy and light classes, AS doesn't hurt them that much.
