Nerf Harpy Wraith Card

Is there a way you could maybe decrease the HP of the boss from 300mil to 180mil or so and maybe have Heaven flame and subsea skills work on it since its hard to do 60+ Harpy wraith cards when HP debuff/subsea/hf dont work :/ +1/-1

Wouldn't hurt anyone to nerf him a bit though, it's not gonna cause any imbalances or hurt anyone if it gets nerfed a bit

Yeah that Harpy wraith card is god damn annoyhing dropping hp down to 200-220 mil could be solution so yes please +1, but idc about debuffs.

Reducing the HP by half would mean lowering the drop by 60% to keep the balance, so...  
Optionally you can sell them to someone who doesn't mind taking his time to kill one of strongest bosses in game.
