Client Crash

After my client auto patched the update a short time ago, and just after I clicked launch it crashed. I've tried it 3 times with the same outcome. I have never had this happen before. So I'm assuming that I must re-download all the files? Or maybe just try to re-patch it?

Just tried verifying and had no problems with the files, but mine's still crashing as well.

I tried verifying files and pc reboot but game (version 38) still shuts down about 30 second after pressing game launch button. Firewall and antivir inactive.

Have same problem, tho i dont recieve any crash report, i just click launch botton and nothing happens. Launcher window shuts down and nothing happens, no error or anything. Verified files, restarted PC, checked the a.vyrus and still game not starting. Hope you know how to fix he problem

Try to repatch from 37. If you dont know how to go to where ever you installed Epic PW to, Config/Element. And change the Version SW file to 37 instead of 38.

What is the content of your updateserver.txt file in EpicPerfectWorld\patcher\server?

It should be:

"patch"   "http://91.121.5.146/patch/"

Try patching to version 39 and then launch

Open the file as a notepad. but there is a new patch which is 39 to hopefully correct the issue with 38.
