Remove Accuracy chance on Magic R8

Accuracy isn't such a big deal, the chance is relatively low. But for some reason original PW devs have found it fair that some weapons should have -requirement as a main stat and some should not. I am not sure of their logic.

The only reason I can think of is that for magic classes like wizard with 4 attack levels is much more op than a sin with 4 attack levels.

-Req is also terribly annoying. I recently made a mystic and the fact that I'm getting -Requirement and +Accuracy so much is appalling, a problem I've never had before. I'm opposed to making "top end gears" mainstream, but these two stats have literally no use on this server. How broken would the server be if they were removed say, from the wands formula? I don't think by very much.

Keep in mind the official PW is a profit organization, so these useless stats are there for a reason.

Or use someone for Damas and get lucky reshapes on your gear and then accuracy won't be an issue.  :shocked:

Sure, give the EC back to everyone who spent thousand of reshapes and had to go through horrible stats those just to get a decent weapon. While you're at it, make it so you can only get atk lvl, def lvl, dex or interval on ea weapons since we'll start picking which stats we'll have and which not.

I noticed it a while ago and it's not the lack of EC sink that is the problem here.
