a suggestions about lvl base !

wanted ask if there would be a part to lvl up base with ec/point on site
cuz most of faction are new or got lazy ppl to do bq -.-'

That means everyone would have personal base and would be unfair that rich people can have good base, and poor need to farm/do bq on alts to level up their base.  Wouldn't it?

so even with lvl 1 u can farm too !
as what i said its just suggestions  !!
and i dont think many ppl would pay for base , just some fac with active memebeR(lazy to pve/bq) would buy it

u could make a topic : )
will take few month with 30 member to make a base lvl +22!
if everyone do bq ^
and when u say "hard" what hard work u just take quest from base n fac sig at bq mobs 1 squad will kill mobs and u back u lost city to go in ur base
its not hard at all !
