FPS Issue?

I dont know if this is the best my laptop can do but i run at an average of like 13 fps. I have all ettings on low accept affects and distance so i can see the battlefield in pvp. Is there any ini tweaks or config file tweaks that can make the game run better?

Engine sucks, wont get much fps on perfect world.

The game itself doesn't allow much fps, your pc would have to be a beast to have good fps and high graphics..Until the developers in china upgrade their game engine, not much we can do here, since it's really outdated

laptops generally have very low clock speed so you can't expect much as pw does all the work on the single core.

The game is too old and has a Nintendo 64 game engine. I actually have more FPS on Dragon Age: Inquisition and Skyrim.
