The video doesn't show in the preview, it just shows the link, it will appear when you post it however.

First have the link for your Video (online) ready. This will be wherever you uploaded it.

Then in the Forums you can click the 'Insert Hyperlink' button:



Paste the videos link in between the - url /url - that appears.
