There are 2 mirrors. If you can't download neither, it's something with your location / Internet service.

i have one question. in the next expansion will there be the new classes stormbringer and duskblade soon? i would really love to play those on this server and im sure there would be a few players who agree that it would be a really positive addition to all the great work the staff and everyone has done for this game

Yes, I would like to try Stormbringer and Duskblade,
but have no intention to go to official server.
Not going there ever again.
