size/fash doesnt matter in any way
u must go in the area of that target circle anyway
with or without that skin, it would be same thing

You have to see it to click it, and size does make it easier. Try clicking a normal battle pet in 5fps mass.

Things that small would never be added as battle pets unless they are made bigger. Just as anything too big would have to be made smaller c:
