My husband probably would have you beat.

He gets the meatball marinara with provolone and Parmesan.  Then he puts EVERYTHING on it, barring jalapenos and (when in season) avocado.  It takes the sandwich artist 10 minutes to do his sandwich. 

Oh, and that's on the jalapeno cheddar bread.

I think I went into a food coma from reading that.

I worked there as a teen, and after knowing what they're made of or how they're handled, there are some meats I refuse to eat from there though, especially anything chicken or steak.

But their deli meat is usually pretty safe. And always down for bacon   

So I stick with a Spicy Italian or BLT on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread with provolone, extra lettuce, tomato, green pepper and light mayo.
If I'm feeling adventurous, add in a lil italian dressing and banana peppers.
Pretty traditional, but so magical.

Itallian Herb Bread, all veg, light oil and vinegar dressing plus salt and pepper is delish, oh and some nice cheese in dere almost forgot

Italian Herb and Cheese with Black Forest ham, cheddar cheese, almost every vegetable there is, barring olives, spicy mustard and that is my sandwich of choice.

I don't think I have ever followed the Subway board before 
I do enjoy this combination the most though:

Italian herb bread, Grilled chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, tomato, spinach and honey mustard.

Depending on my mood, I may throw in some jalapenos^^
It isn't crazy, little plain rather, but it is tasty as anything and leaves you feeling satisfied.
