Change 'You were killed by xXx' message

Is it possible to change 'You were killed by xXx player' to 'You were noscoped by xXx player' when u get killered??

But is there a way to fix the message when somone kills you,it says killed by xXx,and kiled by xXx.(Happens in NS,it says 2 different people killed you).
