EPW christmas weapons?

I have seen a lot of people running around with EPW christmas weapons (lvl 150), but I cannot tell if there are from a recent event or if they really have 1 year playing EPW.

The search function doesn't really say anything about them so, can anyone tell me where you can get them or if they are unavailable until christmas?
