Leveling up

So im pretty sure i played this private server in the past, and i was a little confused because in my previous playthrough i was able to get to 110 in a matter of an hour or so, but here it seems like the exp boost isnt working like it supposed to. Can someone help me clarify with what is going on?

After lvl 110, most people lvl in Phoenix Valley. To start it you talk to Khoan the Survivor. There's one near the Archosaur Elder. Also, here's a leveling guide that might help you:

That's not what he asked. He didn't ask how to level up after reaching 110.

Either way, make sure you're killing the bunnies and not random mobs.
