I don't think that adding another row is possible due to lack of source code. I looked into the elementclient and it doesn't seem that it can be edited. And expanding F1-F8 to F12 is ugly solution imho that could bother the remaining 95% of people who don't have filled every slot.

Have you ever played wr? We can't help but have 10 weapons, 50 skills, 10 pots, 10 armor pieces, ect.
As you can see, the main issue is with warriors. Your comment is 100% invalid. So please, yes or no?

well is called playing smart, but yeah since u play ea u dont bother much with the extra slots, since they dont have as many skills as other classes or use as many weps.

anyway on topic 1+, i would use couple of extra slots to change cards

Indeed there was. However, the thread didn't give such opinions on a to-date basis.

Such as....
1) Making it optional
2) F1 - F9 keys.
3) More changes were done.

Also... it was a graveyard thread so I didn't want bump it.
I personally think it would indeed be possible. But apparently
aga said it's because a lack of source code. That's why I said
at the beginning that it's probably not possible. But I'm sure
with some heavy research it would eventually be possible in
the future of Epic Perfect World...
