hey Everyone 

i would off Sugest thad there will be an option in making 10x 10mil big notes then now just Everytime 1
so thad u will have 2 options 1big note or 10big notes .

coz i save allot from alts and then make them and its lots off work to make 1by 1.

its just an idea

If you are asking to exchange coins for 10 x big notes,
you can do this at the PW Boutique Agent > Quest Related, dear.
So trading 100,000,000 coins for 10 big notes.

Yeah, the Boutique Agent is a weird place for them to be.

if I'm understanding what this is, you can also just buy a shop from god's giving (one that lets you edit the vendor settings) and change the settings so that above a certain amount of coins (say 1,000,000) it'll turn the excess into big notes

so it'll take everything and automatically turn it into big notes which is even faster than using the boutique agent or whatever
