Problem voting

hi im newbie, right now im downloading this game so i wanted to start voting before i got it. im logged in the webpage, but when i try to vote, it ask me again for my account and pass,so i write it, but then it says that my user doesnt exist o.o can anyone help me, plz?

You need to register a game account before you can vote or log into game.

Adding on to what Ste_ said, the way it's set up is that the forums/website use separate accounts than the voting/donate/in-game database, so you have to register both.
