how do you use it though.. if it's a belt you can't 'use' it like an eye of observation without equip/unequipping it so idg how it works

I just checked and this stat works only on accessories. It won't work on helmet, so I resigned from adding it, since I can't apply it to existing accessories so people wouldn't lose their engraves.
I can lower the price of Eye of Observation though.
