Is it possible to implement new item with Eye of the Jungle effect or add it on any random ornament to be used or WS belt and Puzzle necklace?

with Eye of the Jungle stat on neck or belt will be able to see other players stats.
i not used eye of observation here, but if its cheap. eye of the jungle stat on belt will be harmless.
will be just a improvement, and i suggest to add it to dragon belt not warsong, so make dragon belt somemore useful and warsong belt will be not effected or imbalanced.

i just checked eye of observation price, since its 105k price, i feel like will be good to have eye of observation on dragon belt, or have a belt to farm in tuesday event with that stat
it'll be specially good for recruiting ppl and ect, will be able to see all the stats that is needed.

I do not quite get what you mean, but the effect is a replacement for the Eye of Observation item xP.

Has nothing to do with stealth levels.
