1. and 3. i cant answer but for 2. i would logically assume that it means +15% physical defense from gearm like cler buff +60% pdef from gear.

I thought it was 15% reduced damage taken?

idk if anyone asked this b4 but im guessing the anniversary patch will be next so im just wondering if we can use the anniversary tickets from last year again in some way? i have kept them for 1/one/uno whole year waiting for the moment pls bro -disclaimer: i forgot them in my bank im not sad-

2. same r8 stat like every other arcane has, I assume it's the first one, but you can test yourself.
3. Spoopy yes, Creppy not sure, I got title names from Echo.

For some reason, I just logged online and went to the major cities and there was no mobs there.. Is this event on a timer? Can I get a time-frame when this is actually going to end?

A lot of people are working throughout the day, so I'm hoping that the halloween event is at least 24 hours long.

It's activated every few hours by a GM so don't worry you'll get a chance to do it.

I'd have to say I'm a bit disappointed theres no completely-black fliers this year. I reallllly had envy for the black seeker flier from previous years.
