game crash on create char

first i create my char but i dont see any model of the job i choose

after that when i press create the game crash

How did you get EPW client? Did you patch some different client to EPW or you did you download full game from our website?

Since you have Arc installed, does the problem persist for PWI as well? If not, you can delete your current EPW client, because it seems to be corrupted and patch PWI to EPW.

hm...i think i better uninstall everything and reinstall. == 1 more day to go.
