Delete old character/guild names

You know what I think it'd just be awesome if they wiped the server and started over which would clear names and dead never used factions and ofc go through and reimburse all donations after a wipe and it'd be all new again problem solved! hell it'd probably bring back PK and make the server entertaining again, just my opinion though.

Or time.  I personally spent a lot of time farming to get my gear.  I'd be quite miffed that all of that goes to waste. 

Nothing good comes out of a server wipe.  Hell, people lose their shit when there's a small rollback.

this would work only on almost dead server.. epic is shining star doing it now would only result in other servers happiness for members donation from epic to them ^^

Once you use a name change stone, you cannot recover that name.
I'm not sure what happens when you delete the character, but otherwise there is no way to recover it.
The warning is given before you change your name.

It is a good idea but I feel there's waaaay to many loopholes and exceptions for this to be implemented, not to mention complicated so...
