It means the client could be missing some files. A few people I know have been getting these too, myself included

it's weird because this is the same client I am using since few weeks, without any problems. But does this error occurs often for you?

It has happened 2 times now, and it shuts the client down >~<

just tried for the 4th time to logg on and instead of being in hell at the camp, iv been dumped in a lake at stairway to heaven @- @ Hoooow?

I get the error Enter Game Fails when i go to start the game ... ive redownloaded it and still same message... pls help

it's antivirus problem.. Turn it off and verify the files.
Then put exception in antivirus settings for elementclient.exe located in directory: EPW/element/
