To get to Hauntery Queen you need to kill both the phys immune stones in the first all before you kill the first boss. After both stones are dead, kill the first boss, Geniases Blink or whatever. Then follow through to the end of the first hall. Talk to the NPC he'll take you to the second hall, at the end of this hall is the Queen.
