Well, you can farm Warsong for the belt.  It's really good to do it during 2x because it won't take you too long.

But you do need EC's to pay for defenders, so I would suggest another avenue (TT's good) for EC farming first.

Buy it from players its an easy way.. 

You can do divine emesiry quest everyday after doing bounty hunter.

Blue emisery quest =50 ec
Red emisery quest = 100 ec
All you need is 1 gold and 20 silver to refresh the quest 4 times.
Using devine emissery item in botique.

Its better than to sell your 10 gold to 300 ec

In just 1 gold 20 silver you can acuired 50 -500 ec.

I normaly get 150 ec but if im lucky i get 400-500 ec

You can do it ones a day. So do it with your other alts.

And i sell a lot unusable item for me to aquired WS

After bh, proceed to dream weaver port , devine emisey NPC is there.

Note. After completing the quest go to shadow emissery NPC
To trade you emissery ticket (or something i dont the name of the item) for ec.
Shadow emmisery is also in dream weaver next to devine e.

Its only my suggestion.,

thats what im doing everyday to gain ec , dont worry its an easy quest so it willl not take time
