It would decrees the gold prices, example : 30ec each gold to 25-29ec each since damarscene ores are craftable from the forge for 30ec each. Besides it is already craftable from supply tokens and epic coins and also event tokens and if its gonna be from gold, ( i vote 3 times a day ) which gives me 6 gold = 6 damarscene ore's a day. So, -1.

Making gold exchangeble into damas would mean, for the high ratio donators , a 32damas/€, making a 10€ donation equivalent of 9k ec, enough broken tbh, considering that there wont be any fake limit and pplvwould blindly donate just as donating for ec. Lets be honest, this server's cash is only used on reshapea, damas. This would be just a new way for ec donations...

Cause gold donation is scaled more you donate=more gold
Damas with points are not scaled (thank god) so it would make things way too easy for donators
