It's not completely useless, it's useful in EA vs EA and other DPH classes

The skill was usefull until all the op gears and higher amount of HP etc. people spammed that **** like crazy like 4 years ago. Helpful in 1v1to lower some damage but eh i never 1v1 so don't know if people use that or not.

Winged Shell is useless, completely useless. It was only ever good back when you were doing level 89 PK in 2009 where max gear was TT99

Also, it absorbs 15-25k hits into 2k-4k/5k damage, so its useful when you have low hp to dodge finishing hit when running
