The boss should be Violent during her time of the month that looks like godzilla. Breathes fire debuffs every 2 seconds drains chi ever 5 seconds and deals bleed damage 5k every 10 seconds. Reward is..... well .... anything that can kill that... give them GM status for a minute.

Put it as about like once/week event or something 

No squads. 100 People can enter the instance, on Saturday after Tw's or something maybe. EC, ET drops. Only one person can get it. Pk slaughterhouse.

Having a big world boss would be a lot of fun, I think.
Something good for us to watch too.

Ofc there is going to be the issue of faction gank, but I guess that would be the point of the boss, combining mass PK & PVE.
Like mass PK with a small reward.
Lone wolves and small factions would just have to team up or go after other bosses.

This. Even small factions can kill ppl if the debuff or the boss dmg is good so why not
