What we need to change :

1 ) HH Instance
   Need to make it Instance to Farm R8 Materials and Bosses can drop epic coins

2 ) Trophy Mode
   Players use Lunar Glade Instance to Farm R9 Materials also Bosses can drop epic coins

3 ) Bounty Hunter

   BH Must give you 10 Mystical Tome Page and 30 (Random Dragon Quest Items)

4 ) NPC's

   Just  Delete Copper Dragon Order and Silver Dragon Order and Gold Dragon Order  From the God's Giving
   Make Items in PW Boutique Agent can be made it with  Epic Coins

5 ) Valley of Reciprocity

   The GV must Give Dragon Quest Items

6 ) Dragon Quest Items

   Players need to Collect Dragon Quest Items by Farming Instances
   Every 100 Dragon Quest Point u can exchange them for 1 Copper Dragon Order
   Every 10 Copper Dragon Order u can exchange them for 1 Silver Dragon Order
   Every 10 Silver Dragon Order u can exchange them for 1 Gold Dragon Order
   You can buy items on  boutique with 1 Gold Dragon Order
   
   And That Help Sins to get the Morai Skills
7 ) Items

   Items that increase our Prestige and Influence to get Morai Skills and Items
   Add Level 140 Potions HP & MP

8 ) Gears
   Just add for Necklaces or Belts 30% evasion
9 ) Event
   Add an NPC that appear every saturday and ask Players 10 Question

Yes to : 1 & 2 and positive to 8, partly positive to 7 (if added, rep/influence should be rather costy)
Dont see the purpose of 9

2) No, r9 was removed due to QQing (though it is no better than dragon)
3) No, the current reward is better.
4) No, there are uses for them if you can work them out
