Strange monument issues

i go to talk to the elder in my home city, i seen no "strange monument" option in the quest related list.
I tried it on another character afterwards, still didn't show it.
The 1st character i tried it on, is lv 146 now, but she was 145, when i tried.
My other toon was lv 125.  and still had no option to it.
Please I do hope this glitch gets fixed.
Any information to this, will be most appreciated.

I think its lvl 149 to do the goshiki.quest chain now

I know, but I did say the 1st character I tried it on, was 145. the thing is, she reached 146 since then; and still nothing.
It can't be 145+ to do the goshiki quest chain /:

NO, Its not changed to 150.... Done it yesterday with char lvl 145


as for guy that is asking question: you sure you didnt take that quest then drop it off somewhere in between o.o

Try checking your available quests in log, also wouldn't hurt to check with the other race elders.

What is your class? I remembered my sin doesn't have the strange monument at Tideborn Elder but at Lost City (or others, can't remember) Elder.

First time was my tideborn class, but the 2nd time, i tried it on my earthguard class.
