Patch 31 and server time change

It just contains small bug fixes from previous patch.
Also we have changed stats on end game crossbows and patakas, to give more variety in the end game equipment and builds. Please note that the existing weapons need to be re-crafted so the change will take effect.

During this maintenance server time has changed to GMT -1, so all automated events will take place two hours later. Now the server time should be better adjusted for players from different timezones.

I can't either and I did patch it unless there's a manual patch somewhere else I missed

Please verify the files then.
If for some reason you still see you still see Wraith Marshal Stamps in the Boutique, it means that your game version is 28 or 29.

i also verified and still having problems with the wraith marshal stamps in boutique, and when i loaded game/verified it said version 30...

It should be fixed now if you restart the client
