Well I got the Item but there is no quest and i cant change. So what can I do now?

What game client version are you currently running. Update to v29 if you haven't lower versions can break quest chains.

u must have done 3rd fairy for it to work i did mine in sin when i went from sage to demon had to get the sage fairy and then do the mold then do demon fairy
