Is there R9 on server?

Wanted to know, do we have R9 on this server or not. I see talk of but wanted to know for sure

No, R9 was on this server for about an hour, but it was removed due to a large amount of player complaints.

However it's possible for it to return at a later date.

Thank-you for replying. I asked because i didn't want to use resources wrongly on stuff not needed and build R9 in the right way. So for now i won't worry of rep and just build as I was ty.
