no, it's because people will stop farming for gears if r9rr is added people stop farming cause its less work on getting the right stats. r8r gives people an incentive to farm/pve. and just cause someone has all gear doesn't mean they are immediately pay2win, they still need the skill.

We used to have r9, it lasted 10 minutes on this server

then server went into maintenance and it was removed.

anyways, we certainly will get new gears in due time as the server will have to evolve and bring out new contents to keep the players happy and interested.

However, the titles r8s/ r9s/ r9rrr etc etc don't apply anymore as everything we get are tweaked so much for balance reasons that you might aswell just refer to it as a whole new gear instead of r9s and what not.
