Sacred Stone Stats and Percentages

I am looking for a page that may or may not exist and I am wondering if anyone knows where I might find it (assuming it does exist).

I am searching for a forum thread that lists all the percentage chances, status effects and mathematics for the Sacred Stones found in the God's Giving NPC (and the two under the Power tab of the Boutique).

Charming Shadow  (advanced version of Purify, doesn't exist on any weapon)   5
Fragrance Dance    (doesn't exist on any weapon, OP def boost) 2
Heavenly Array    (doesn't exist on any weapon, OP magic attack / channel boost) 5
Melody of Sword Lord (doesn't exist, another OP status)   3
Everything Else   5
 

Note: only Sacrificial Strike and God of Frenzy work with all skills. Remaining effects won't proc on skills that have certain effect for example stun, slow, defense decrease etc,
The best is auto attack.

Thank you very much Agatio. Could I also get the numbers for the status effects?

For instance, what % of HP is taken off with a Soul Corrode proc?

I am mostly looking for the difference between Faith and Bless numbers

faith is 10% mdef and phys def, bless is 12% phys def, as for soul corrode its the same as deicides from lunar forges which is 10% max HP off the top, also for phys atk its unrelenting < bloodvengance/revenge <gloom
