Try relogging, different servers. I'm experiencing no lag in terms of chat or otherwise.

As far as I know, fast servers are the old servers and safe servers are the new ones. Could be wrong though.

That would be nice to know. If Safe is just a code-word for 'Slow' then that's fine, otherwise we need guidance.

Fast servers are the old servers, may have the problems as before. Safe are servers that most likely will be safe from the DC. I guess.
